Welcome to the
Single-Switch Access to Science Education (SSASS)
Science Educator Survey

Dear SSASS Survey Participant:

Thank you for participating in the SSASS Science Educator Survey. The purpose of this survey originally was to assist the SSASS project staff in identifying high-quality science education software for grades K-12 that you are using and would recommend to other teachers to supplement regular classroom science curricula.

Based on the survey data we received and our own research, we identified a number of science programs appropriate for the K-4, 5-9, and 10-12 grade levels and, for many of those programs, we developed SSASS modules demonstrating how each program and example science lessons based upon it could be adapted for use in mainstream classrooms by children with and without physical disabilities.

That project has long been over, but we have continued to compile data from visitors interested in the project who complete the survey below. That data has been used to construct new WinSCAN setup files to assist single-switch users access those materials. You are welcome to participate in this on-going process. Thank you.
