We thank you for visiting our web site and hope that you are interested in the products you see here. In the future, we will have many new demo programs for your examination. Right now, you may download new User's Guides or download a free copy of a simple but fun single-switch SS-DEMO game.
We also are currently (re-)building the WinSCAN SETUP DOWNLOAD LIBRARY for the new WinSCAN 3.0 CS software with custom setups for particular games, multimedia programs, CD-ROMs, and educational software. These are setups that we design or that WinSCAN users provide for us to share with others. If you have created a particularly good WinSCAN setup for a particular program, attach the file to an e-mail to us with a brief explanation and we will post it on the Web.
NOTE: These demonstration programs are available in PC versions only for Windows 8 and 10.
They can be downloaded using a Macintosh but need to be actually run in a Windows Virtualbox or on a Windows PC.

These manuals are PDF files and open using

WinSCAN setup files contain custom scanning display setups for particular games, multimedia programs, CD-ROMs, and educational software. These are setups that we design or that WinSCAN users provide for us to share with others. If you have created a particularly good WinSCAN setup for a particular program, attach the file to an e-mail to us with a brief explanation and we will post it on the Web.
WORK IN PROGRESS: These files are formatted for an earlier version of WinSCAN. However you can read the documentation to see how each WinSCAN Setup was created.

Also, if you wish, you are welcome to download a free copy of the SS-DEMO CS single-switch game (updated to v4.0 for Windows 8 and 10) that ships with SS-ACCESS for Windows and with WinSCAN 3.0 CS. This very simple program sends a new copy of a cute animated character in a wheelchair rolling across your computer screen each time you press the ENTER key (or an external adaptive switch interfaced to simulate this keystroke). A tune (named "Boomer Twinkle Toes") will play as the character moves. Lots of fun. This game is appropriate for young children 2 to 5 years old.
The file you will receive is named "SS-Demo.zip." This ZIP file is about 15mb in size. Unzip this file to unpack the game folder SS-Demo CS Release. Inside is a program named "SS-Demo CS.exe" (along with other needed files - be sure to keep these together in the folder). Run this program to enjoy the action.
